You can help save babies from death or injury due to abandonment. Imagine how many lives could be protected if every girl knew about the Safe Haven law, before she was faced with a crisis situation.

Schools

Colorado Safe Haven for Newborns has set a goal to educate all high school students in Colorado about the Safe Haven law.

We have developed a curriculum for high school classes entitled “How an Idea Becomes Law” which includes a video featuring Jodi Brooks who initiated the first Safe Haven law in the nation.
